Following A Zoom call with the team to explain our needs and how we wanted to control our debt we signed up 64 G Ltd. The company risked assessed each of our accounts so we had an up-to-date credit reference for each client, then they went to work chasing up the bad debt we had. I can't thank them enough! All our old debt has now been paid back and we continue to receive updates on customers credit scores. We used the services of 64G Ltd due to countless inaccurate payment allocations creating a false picture of what was outstanding and what had been paid against our extensive client list. As our clients span across multiple companies with a significant amount of individual transactions we felt we needed the services of a company who could review our customers, review past payments extended back over the last 12 months more and subsequently “un-allocate” previous allocations and work through 10,000’s of transactions to give us a more accurate understanding of where outstanding debt should be correctly allocated. At this time it was crucial this work was performed at speed and with the utmost accuracy due to our legal commitments with our bankers. Both Harley and Wendy from 64G Ltd took on this challenge and relished in the complexity of our issues. The speed and intensity at which they and their team worked was remarkable and the results they concluded were 100% accurate. We will forever be in debt to 64G Ltd for their hard work and diligence and for the results they gained within a short period of time.
