Good friendly place u there to train not wot u wear. Good mix of old school gym and new if feel old not ur thing. If honest no females well about 5 that use the gym when im there and thats 5-6 days aweek going back 15 yrs ago men wee out numbered. Membership could be cheaper by limiting things i pay £28.90 which get use everything but not i want dont use pool sunna or any the classes but become a routine place for me and carpark not best unless got a tank in some parts even thou just improved it short term with weather will eat in to it. I've been training at 21st century for about a year now it's a really good and friendly place to train every1 that trains there are friendly and helpful and I train kickboxing with Mark Goodwin a trainer there 1 on 1 he a brilliant trainer and all the pt trainers there are brilliant

Great place and ideally situated for parking and to to take advantage of Westport Lake and the canal network.
Staff and members friendly, professional and down to earth.
I have used this facility on and off since the early 1980's and it's simply one of the best gyms in the area.
