That I can make a meaningful difference in someone's life by helping to overcome personal and professional challenges.
It is very satisfying and it gives me a purpose while constantly learning from the very situations and circumstances my clients bring to the table.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Before I became a professional coach and consultant, I helped hundreds of colleagues and employees progress in their careers within the organisations I worked for as a senior manager utilising internal mentoring and training programs.

I started to provide mentoring as a volunteer for various professional bodies alongside my day job to give more back to the industry. It just naturally transitioned to a business in 2019 alongside consultancy in the field of my expertise.
