What do you love most about your job?

“The variability of my job is what drives me every day. We provide professional services to both the Commercial & Domestic sectors and I am able to contribute my 22 years of experience and skills in Groundworks, Security Systems, & Specialist Surfacing Projects, as well as Consultancy, Contract Management, Design & Project Management, to a wide variety of clients. Each project presents unique challenges, which I am able to navigate even under high-stress situations and achieve the project goals on time and within budget.”

What inspired you to start your own business?


“The main inspiration for starting my own business is my entrepreneurial spirit. There are also successful people whom I admired in my lifetime. A history of entrepreneurs in my family has been a major influence and I have a strong desire to succeed for a purpose much bigger than myself. "

"Initial consultation to identify our clients needs will be carried out remotely, via a Telephone or Whats App Business call.

With a possible Whats App Business or Teams/Zoom Video call, should our client require a video consultation, in order to understand our clients project requirements and to agree a site survey date.

Any method can be chosen to ensure our clients are happy and get the service they require from the get go"

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

"The company will reduce the number of people in attendance to site wherever possible and will ensure social distancing measures apply at all times.

The company will require all workers to wash their hands for 20 seconds using soap and water when entering and leaving the site. Workers will also be required to wash their hands before and after using any equipment. Hand sanitiser will be used where soap and water cannot.

Where site meetings are essential only absolutely necessary only required meeting participants should attend.
Attendees should be two metres apart from each other. Rooms should be well ventilated / windows opened to allow fresh air circulation. We always consider holding meetings in open areas where possible.

Anyone who has a high temperature or a new persistent cough or has a recent loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia) should NOT come to site & follow the guidance on self-isolation.

Anyone who is a vulnerable person (by virtue of their age, underlying health condition, clinical condition or are pregnant) should NOT come to site & follow the guidance on self-isolation. Anyone who Is living with someone in self-isolation or a vulnerable person should NOT come to site & follow the guidance on self-isolation.
The company will allow regular breaks to wash hands. Hand sanitiser will be used where soap and water cannot.

The company will Provide hand sanitiser (minimum 70% alcohol based) where hand washing facilities are unavailable.

Where PPE is not required, the company will permit employees to voluntarily wear their own face masks to give a level of reassurance to the wearer. These must however be subject to strict cleaning or disposal regimes.

Where our staff are required to work in specific environments (e.g. where persons are shielding, with symptoms, confirmed Coronavirus (Covid-19) cases may be present e.g. healthcare or in a home environment) additional PPE will be considered specific to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) risk."
