Nevertheless, we do frequently communicate with couples over video calls, and our delivery process is top-notch. Mark responded to my request for family photos in the Ottawa area within moments! Communication was great, he was kind, patient and flexible with a mixed race family from Alberta & Ontario and 3 month old!
