I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by first and foremost listening to their needs. Each person is different, with different needs, goals, and ways to achieve them.
We first go through an assessment day where I will look at their body as a whole. I assess their posture, alignment, and any mobility issues they may have. Only after this am I able to properly create a fitness plan for them.
I offer a variety of ways to deliver workouts, self paced or by scheduled video calling, we can discuss this further.

Growing up I was a professional figure skater, and let me tell you that is not an easy sport. It is highly competitive and requires lots of training on and off ice. I learned disciple and commitment truly brings results. These values are what I thrive on today.
As I was always around fitness, I couldn't imagine myself doing anything else. I enjoy working and meeting new people, and at the same time help them with their fitness goals. There is nothing else I would rather do, this is my calling, and what I truly love doing.
As for the postpartum aspect, I noticed there is not very much support for new and older mothers. There are so many issues mothers go through with their bodies after pregnancy and sadly it is not addressed enough. They go about their day thinking they have to live with a "mom pooch", a little leakage when they laugh or jump, and that constant back and shoulder pain. The truth is, all this can be healed with a little help from myself. The woman body is simply amazing, and with proper guidance she too can feel like she did pre-pregnancy.
Clients should choose me if they are truly willing to put in the work and transform themselves. Just as clients choose me, I choose them. I choose only serious people who are done wasting their time and money on things that don't work.
