For example, project managing a kitchen extension before work on the decoration and interiors has begun. This is subject to availability and how busy we are, but it’s always great to be involved in a project from the very beginning. This can bring really exceptional results. It’s also helpful for clients who have busy jobs. Having one go-to person for all project queries helps to ensure efficiency, consistency and focus, so that nothing is missed.

I had the priveledge to work with Keith at 48 North Design over this past year; I hired Keith to design and construct our office located at 7800 Kennedy Road, Suite 304 in Markham; when I acquired this unit, it was being used as a gym/yoga studio. With Keith's ingenuity and artistic capabilities, he designed a complete split office concept separating one large unit into two units. Our accounting office Stratos Accounting & Consulting now occupies this office space. The quality that went into the finishes is second to none; All of our clients that walk in through the front doors are astonished by the look and feel of the office unit. When I hired Keith, he walked me through his entire engagement process starting with drawings, to design, construction and furnishings. Keith's team provided me with a complete turn-key solution.
