I have always had a love of architecture. I worked for 4 years in a stately home in England. The lady of the house decorated her holiday home and the stately home with opulence. I saw the process and fell in love with it. I also saw a way of getting the opulence look without the massive price tag for my own homes. As I got better and better at fixing and decorating, I saw that my real estate clients needed help with fixing things and painting to help their properties sell faster and for more. I just helped started helping them because it was best thing for everyone involved. It went on from there.
Even if clients have a realtor I am still the best choice for the job because I care. I care how it will impact your real estate investment. I care about how the clients feel in their space and I clean up to perfection before I leave.
I can certainly assist remotely if the client would like to do a video chat walk through, has room measurements, and their colours or design ideas ready, I can quote from that. My preference is always in person, so I can see first hand the space, and meet the clients.

M & S Landscaping Design and Build Inc. should consider changing the first two initial to "A & B". Why? Because the extensive work they completed in both my and my attached neighbour's yard was truly "Above and Beyond" anything we could have imagined. Sam's innate sense of design and incredible attention to detail - along with the management of his friendly, talented team - made for a stress-free experience and beautiful results. We're already planning projects for the Spring!
