Matthew's approach and intellectual/spiritual depth are a rare combination with a real uncanny ability to understand where you’re at and effortlessly guide you through awareness with identifying feelings rather than just relying on old thinking, giving an opportunity for noticeable positive change. Not everything is easy, and I found with some effort pushing through some of these challenges has given me new confidence and has helped simplify and center myself.
