I am Sherry. One of my greatest passions is providing guidance to individuals who feel depressed, anxious, or lack motivation and purpose in life. In addition to exploring my client’s past and understanding their present, I help them with individualized psychological care. I provide actionable advice to help my clients heal pain, increase self-awareness, and empower them to move towards their set goals and become the best version of themself.

I also offer outreach services since some people prefer to connect while going for a walk together or in the comfort of their home. My approach is psychoanalytical and relational.

I am a counsellor, yoga instructor, yoga fusion instructor and have a background in fitness. I offer counselling or yoga separately or combine the two to walk alongside you on your wellness journey. I specialize in yoga for sleep, anxiety, chronic pain and hold a certificate in trauma-informed yoga.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and an Affiliate Somatic Therapy practitioner with the centre of Mindfulness-Based Somatic Therapy (MBST) and Somatic Breathwork (SBW). MBST and SBW are holistic and integrative approaches to healing trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship and couple therapy. I bring 30 years of experience in mental health sector to my practice.

I practice a person centred approach to counselling therapy, where I focus on the person and not the problem. I can help you better understand the challenges you are facing and together we can work to resolve some of those challenges.
