Absolutely wonderful service! I bought their carpet fringe protector online and it was shipped but never arrived (thanks Canada Post). When I contacted the company to request delivery info they put a trace on it but in the meantime they went ahead and shipped a replacement at no charge via UPS. It arrived in a couple of days. I haven't used it yet but I expect it's a great product and I highly recommend these folks. I'll review the product when we apply it. More...

came in a few days ago inorder to purchase a rug. the young slender gentleman was very helpful and was answering my questions when another man jumped in and was really hostile and rude and did not seem to be willing to help me. He treated me like i was annoying. no manners. I am assuming this was the owner because the original man that was helping me stepped away. No sale was made and I went elsewhere because the owner was a tyrant. he has no customer service. I am giving a one star because of the first gentleman and because I can not write this review without it.. so in reality this is a 0 starits a pityI am glad to say that this company proved to hold true the great reviews everyone has been giving them.
