What do you love most about your job?
What I love most of all is being a mirror for my clients and helping them see themselves and their potential more clearly. I also love watching them begin to peel back the layers and fully witness their most authentic and confidence self and then finding the courage to pursue their dreams and desires from that place. It’s pure magic.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After feeling stuck and struggling in my own life I decided to take control and empower myself by doing the work. I began to read and consume all the “self-help” materials I could get my hands on. I eventually stumbling upon coaching and discovered my calling and got certified and then continued on from there, upleveling my skills and experience as I went. I’d always known I wanted to help others and make a different in this world and coaching is a way I’ve been able to do that. It’s had a deeper impact on myself than anything I’ve ever done and I’ve seen that same deep level of transformation for my clients and it has been inspiring and deeply fulfilling to do this work. I so deeply love the work I do and supporting and empowering women to flourish in their lives.
Why should our clients choose you?
While most coaches only work on the behavioural or mindset level, my mastery certification means I’m trained to work on 5 levels to remove blocks—mental, emotional, unconscious, behavioural and somatic (body). I work to get to the root of what is keeping people stuck and holding them back which means enabling a deeper and more powerful life change that actually lasts.

Yes, I can and do provide services online and remotely. I usually work via zoom, links are sent prior to the call. A special link is set up for you and used for all our sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All my work is done remotely but I’m respectful and non judgemental of all opinions and choices with regards to Covid safety.
