What do you love most about your job?
I love sharing my HR knowledge so that job seekers can spend less time spinning their wheels and more time making progress. I’ve spent 20 years gaining this knowledge, now I want to use it to help others go after the success they deserve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The sincere desire to offer my expertise. I want to help more women to be confident and successful with their job search. Success comes when you feel understood and you have confidence in your abilities.

Yes – absolutely! All of my services are conducted via Zoom and I’m available via email or text message, whatever method you prefer best.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I immediately moved all my services online and provide them through video conferencing. You don’t have to leave the safety of your home and all payments can be made online.
Career Exploration Program
Frustrated? Tired of spinning your wheels? Want a job that brings you joy, but not sure what that is?
The Career Exploration program starts with a virtual 1:1 session where we begin your self-assessment. The worksheets provided will allow you to reflect on what's important to you in terms of finding an ideal job.
During the second session we review the information in your self-assessment and discuss the process on how to further narrow down your job choices (if necessary).
During our last session we'll review the steps towards taking control of your job search – through PROACTIVE tactics.
This program includes 3 - 1 hour sessions (conducted virtually), 2 - 30 min “check-ins” to keep you on track and accountable, as well as all the handouts.
At the end of the program you'll be in control of your job search, which will help increase the speed of your success landing the job you want.
Resume & Cover letter Writing
Now more than ever you need a resume that will attract attention. Together we will create or update your resume so it aligns with the type of roles/work you are looking for. All this work can be done online and via Zoom meetings.
Interview Prep session (90 mins)
Are you ready for your virtual interview? Get camera ready and comfortable answering typical interview questions. The session includes: what to do before, during and after the interview and how to answer typical and job specific interview questions. Together we will build your confidence and minimize your stress!
Accountability Buddy
Make this your winning strategy for success!
We meet weekly for 30 minutes, to talk about what you want to achieve and how to get you there. It could be about your job search and the tactics you're using. Or about your resume and how to edit it for a specific role.
Or we could talk about interviews and how to best answer specific questions. The decision is yours!
Clients say it works because when there are deadlines, it helps you prioritize and make sure you get tasks done. It creates greater focus by only doing activities that produce the greatest results and helps remove distractions. And lastly, you'll be working with someone who believes in you and will celebrate your success!
