How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is extremely important to someone's health and wellbeing, but there are other factors that are just as important. These are factors such as sleep, hydration, movement, mental health and our social and physical environments. As a holistic nutritionist, I cover all these areas within my program and coaching.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the relationships that I have with my clients. I love learning about their lives and supporting them with their health and wellness goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been driven, and I have always loved the idea of being my own boss. (She's a pretty great boss, I'm happy to report!)
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because my program is designed to address what most completely miss -- the importance of accountability. Many of my clients already know the basics of what they "should be doing", they just need the support and guidance to follow through consistently. This is exactly what I offer. Plus, we have a lot of fun together!

Yes, most of my clients are remote clients. I work with ladies all over Canada and the US.

Switched to 100% remote service during the pandemic.
