That ham bun was magic. I didn't expect it to be so flavourful, so after trying "a quick bite", I ended up eating it in the car while trying to drive, b/c it was too tasty to delay.

Went with my wife and family. Food was top notch, and I like the way it's meant to be shared. You get some of everything that way. Great food, but more than half the time I phone to place an order they don’t answer the phone. Tried calling about 15 times over the course of half an hour today and no one ever picked up, so I gave up. I’m very sad now ☹️

Had a great lunch today with 2 friends. This was my first time at Sprout. The layout is very spacious with big windows looking out over Victoria Ave and Angus St. Big tables and lots of room - easy to converse with table mates. My partner and I stumbled upon this spot and described it as a welcoming deli/bakery with a fancy cafeteria vibe to it. We like the well lit space, it was very open concept and the food was delicious and healthy!
