60 minute initial consultation
Here we discuss your goals, 3 key actions to achieve them, and you will leave with a meal plan to get your started (if that helps you to meet your goals). At this meeting I will also estimate and duration and frequency of follow-ups that will help you achieve your goals.
30 min follow up sessions
Between sessions you can direct message me with your questions, successes and challenges. These sessions will focus on finding a way to overcome your biggest challenges or go into depth on a topic that will help you meet your goals. For example, eating occasion timing to support sports performance, or how to make small changes to reduce blood pressure or cholesterol.
