I hired Kelsey to be my caterer for my baby shower in November 2023. The suggested menu was perfect for a group of 45 people. Communication was easy, she responded quickly, and my budget was well respected without having to compromise. Kelsey went above and beyond to meet my needs as one of my guests had a complicated health situation (she's diabetic, celiac AND lactose intolerant). A special dish was made just for her, checked all the boxes and was even packaged separately to avoid cross contamination. How awesome is that ? Kelsey was amazing from start to finish. We catered for an outdoor backyard wedding for 50 people. The team (Kelsey, Leo and Stephan) were very efficient, friendly, approachable, helpful and down to earth.
The food was wonderful (I had the veal for the main course and it melted in my mouth). The entrees were also well diversified and very appropriate for this type of event. We had a great bartender (mixologist) and everyone appreciated it.
The reason I rated a 4 instead of 5 was due to the equipment caterer who was not as pleasant to deal with as the Semolina folks…

We had a brunch the day after the wedding, Everything went as planned, and the food was perfect
Kelsey, who took care of us it was easy to reach and provide all the information necessary
All my guests were very pleased with the quality and taste of the food
The only issue is that I ran out of coffee
Which is something to consider in the future

Too many good dish to just choose one.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I create the perfect menu for my clients by listening to their needs and then asking questions.
Type of event, atmosphere, guests, allergies, intolerance, budget, ethnicity, etc.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my guests happy. Knowing that I helped them plan the perfect event and that I was a support in a stressful, but exciting moment.
Why should our clients choose you?
If you are looking for someone that will help you throughout the entire proccess of your event, someone that is available, will listen and respect your needs then we need to meet.
We do it all! Weddings, birthdays, gathering, corporate event, breakfast buffet, baby showers, baptism, lunch boxes
