I have been providing counselling in the Westshore of Victoria since 2005. I am a registered member of the Canadian College of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists, I have completed my 3-year Professional Somatic Experiencing Training through the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute, and I am registered as a Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP) provider.

My private practice is located in Langford, where I provide counselling for children (10+), individual adults, couples, families, and parents. I can offer support with a wide range of challenges including the following:
