What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the impact that my role makes on peoples lives. It can definitely be challenging as every mortgage is unique because everybody's situation and goals differ. Nothing satisfies me more than solving problems and helping Canadians achieve their financial goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been a go above and beyond type of person and thrive in dynamic environments. Being self employed, you wear many hats. Marketing, HR, and CEO. It inspires me because as much work as I put into things, my clients and myself see direct benefits.

Yes! The past 2 years has essentially all been virtual, for obvious reasons.
Utilizing online platforms like Zoom still allows me to get that personal feel with clients (although I do miss the face to face) still allows us to get to know each other and build a relationship. For actually getting the deal done, documents are submitted to me directly and securely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Utilizing technology has been huge. Making the transition from mostly in person to online has been seamless and can get everything completed virtual.
For those who are not so technology savvy, porch drop offs/pickups are also utilized.
