Matt was transparent with his assessment, and gave me a detailed walkthrough of what he will able to do (and not do) along with the timelines and possible schedules.
The quotation was reasonable as well.
He came as per schedule, completed the tasks as planned, made sure everything was working well and even called post job to ensure things were fine and if we needed any assistance.
