Definitely, most of the accounting software used are on cloud and can be easily accessible from anywhere in the world. We use Quickbooks, XERO, Wave and Sage which has the capability to upload receipts, bills, request document and attach bank statements, which makes is very easy to operate. Moreover, we use video conferencing tools like Meet & Zoom to have regular meetings with our clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We try to have more online meetings than in-person meetings.
