What’s your signature dish?
Signature dishes are our Pad Thai and Red Curry dishes. For appetizers consider our Thai Me up Rolls and Chicken Satay Sticks.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We work directly with our clients to determine their dietary and ethnic requirements. We are able to accommodate a wide range of dietary restrictions including specific spice levels. We are able to accommodate a wide range of Vegan, Gluten Free and other food sensitivity dietary restrictions
What do you love most about your job?
We have a passion for providing delectable authentic Thai cuisine.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ann has been cooking since a very young age. Ann first learnt her skills in Thailand and practiced those skills for many years before coming to Canada. Ann opened her first restauafrant in New Westminster. Shortly after opening her first restaurant she launched Mango Thai in Downtown Vancouver about 10 years ago. Ann always had a passion for cooking, and that passion comes through in very dish she prepares.

Thai Buffet
Mango Thai specializes in providing offsite buffet style meals. We can cater anywhere from 10 people to 100 people. We will sit down with you and design an offering that everyone will be happy with. We are able to offer gluten and/or vegan options, plus we can accommodate many other food sensitivities and allergies. Let us delight your guests with an authentic Thai cuisine experience!
