We contacted the team at Manco to custom build our dream home and they quickly provided us with a detailed quote and met with us to walk us through the process. Joe Sr.’s experience was evident and he took the time to make sure we were well informed and confident as we proceeded. Our project was not only on time but it was on budget! Any time an issue did arise Manco made sure that it was addressed and dealt with immediately. We are very pleased with the quality of work that was done. It was such a pleasure working with Manco. We contacted four contractors to quote on our kitchen renovation. Joe Manco stood out by presenting his experience and expertise in a professional manner.
There was comfort in dealing with a Baeumler approved contractor who had great reviews on several sites (TrustedPros, Houzz, HomeStars).
The project started on time and the crew didn’t fall behind when our house presented some obstacles. Care was taken to keep us in the loop as we moved from the destruction phase to the construction and installation phases. (Debbie Mancini was the invisible but active partner.)
Manco Construction has established relationships with a roster of professionals. These subcontractors share the same high standards for workmanship and communication.
The final product was a marriage of our vision and Manco Construction’s know-how.

Joe Sr. was diligent in ensuring we had all of the information required to make an appropriate decision about sizing and he spent a great deal of time communicating back and forth with us, while the specifications of the job was sorted out. The communications were always prompt and professional. While onsite, the crew were meticulous about room preparation and clean up and worked effectively to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner in the least disruptive way possible.
