I'm so thankful that Little Paws exists! My cat isn't very social with other animals, so I don't feel comfortable leaving her at a boarding facility when I go away. It was so easy to get in touch with the ladies at Little Paws and arrange everything. They were so professional and I was happy knowing that my pets would be comfortable, and that there would be someone around to check on the house. Little Paws made our vacation worry free! We have never left our cats at home with a sitter before, but from the very first contact with Jill we felt super comfortable using them. I can't say enough kind things about Jill and Amy with Little Paws. From the moment I contacted them they have been professional, reliable, and timely in arranging to care for my cats when I went on vacation. They thought about all the small things that I never considered, like ensuring that I was home on time and assuring me that any flight delays and they would continue to come until I could get home. I Absolutely recommend Little Paws! Having Heather come take care of my three amigos made it possible for me to relax and enjoy my time away. Loved the daily updates and photos. I am so happy with the care my kitties - all 5 of them- received while we were away! I knew they would be in good hands but it really took the stress out of leaving them so long - we were away for about 3 weeks! Daily emails and photos of all the cats, gifts left for them by Jill and Deanna...their dishes were even washed and left to dry in the dishrack. I can't say enough great things about Little Paws!!! I've never used an in-home pet sitting service before, and was a little nervous about leaving the cats for just over a week. But, the minute I met with Jill, and Christiane (my sitter), I was immediately put at ease. They are such lovely, and kind individuals, who truly care about the welfare of cats. The care my kitties received was absolutely top-notch. Christiane went above and beyond, even staying a bit longer to comfort the cats during a thunderstorm. She tidied up the stray litter around the litter boxes, and gave each one plenty of attention - not to mention the daily texts and pics she sent me! Jill and Andrea were amazing to work with as this was our very first time using a professional service to care for our 3 boys, rather than family or friends. We loved the consistent emails and picture updates everyday. It was also the little things they did that showed how much they care, like turning on our air conditioner when we were gearing up for another heat wave and emptying the dehumidifier in our basement. We are so happy to have found Jill and her sitting service, Little Paws Cat Sitting. We have booked her several times now, and she has done a fantastic job. While we're away, she sends daily updates and photos. Our cat always looks super happy and relaxed in the pics. Jill clearly loves cats and always brings a little something extra for our kitty to play with. Deanna provided fantastic service for my two cats while I was away on business. I required very early morning visits since my older cat is diabetic and needs insulin at a certain time. Little Paws readily accommodated the time and sent me wonderful pictures every morning soon after each visit. Those pictures gave me peace of mind that my two little guys were fine and happy. So happy with the amazing service by our cat sitter, Jill. She was even able to win over Rico, who normally hides from strangers and doesn't like too many people. Very impressed with that! Greta requires insulin shots every 12 hours and Jill was very familiar with how in inject these so I was able to leave her worry-free. WOW! Not sure I can articulate how great the service and our sitter Kate was! I am so neurotic about my fur babies and hired little paws to come twice a day, so that there was no shock on our absence or routine. Kate did a great job, she cares for them like they are her own! WE have one friendly playful 3 year old and 1 scared 9 year old, even the scared one who hides in cupboards when there are people in the house came out when Kate would visit.....a first in 9 years! We were the lucky ones who shared just over 2 years of our life with the lively Babou.
