In endeavors like weight loss or muscle gain, it's easy to falter without sufficient support from a trainer, friend, or mentor. You also need to know how to do exercises correctly, how to warm up before training to reduce the risk of injury. After years of working with different personal trainers and not seeing any results, I was starting to give up on my weight loss journey.
