Initial Nutrition and Health Assessment
This 60 minute appointment is the first step in starting the nutrition counselling process. During this appointment the Dietitian will collect all relevant and important information needed to complete an assessment of your nutrition and health status. This allows for the Dietitian to move forward with individualized support. (Cost $195)
Initial Eating Disorder Nutrition Assessment
This 90 minute appointment is the first step in starting the nutrition counselling process for eating disorder support. During this appointment the Dietitian will collect all relevant and important information needed to complete the assessment and move forward supporting you in your eating disorder recovery. (Cost $245)
Nutrition Counselling Follow-Up Appointment
After your initial assessment, nutrition counselling appointments are either 30 or 60 minutes, depending on your needs. During these appointments education, goal setting and ongoing support will be provided to help you reach your nutrition and health goals. (Cost 30 minute sessions are $75 and 60 minute sessions are $135)
