Project Design
Prefer to contract out your project yourself, but need someone to pull your vision together in a cohesive design?Or perhaps you live in another province or country. This package is perfect for you. We will discuss your project together, requirements of the space + overall budget. Included in this comprehensive package is floor plans + elevation drawings as well as design boards with materials + selections as well as as shopping list and an Interior Product Chart. A Renovation Binder will be provided to you with all of the documents needed to execute your renovation at Design Approval.
Renovations
Primarily focusing on medium scale renovations, Ivory + Oak Design Co works with you from Design Concept to Construction Completion. We are one of the only design studios located in the city of Regina that offer both design + renovations under one company. We don't GC the renovation out to another company - we are the GC. Eliminating this third party provides a wealth of savings to our clients. Achieving attainable yet high end quality designs for our clients is very important to us. With sharp eyes for details and meticulous craftsmanship, our projects are extraordinary and timeless. Whether you'd like to renovate a bathroom, your kitchen, develop your basement... take your home back to the studs... or if you have something else in mind, we'd love to hear about it!
