I love working with managers, directors and executives or business owners to create change that leads to success for them, their team and their organization. I am passionate about how we as leaders can make a positive impact in the world while leading thriving organizations and where people love to work. My sole focus is on my clients wants and needs and then I help hold them accountable, while offering a safe, positive space to face the hard issues that may be holding them back. Alternatively, I love to help people learn new skills and gain greater appreciation for the abilities they have not fully uncovered or developed to enjoy success.

I love variety and change. Working within one organization frequently limited my ability to fill this part of professional need. As a consultant, coach and trainer I was able to work on many different projects without disrupting an employers organization. Also the ability to build a business and having the flexibility entrepreneurship offer has been very rewarding for me.

As your Coach, I am committed to your success, however your work between our sessions is pivotal to achieving results. As such, I view myself as a trusted partner who provides a safe, confidential environment where we can effectively deal with the issues/concerns/projects you set. I will keep you accountable and monitor your progress while guiding you forward to uncover & learn what's needed to reach your goals.

Yes. I deliver all of my coaching and mastermind programs online. I have successfully offered these services online for the past 8 years. In addition, the use of my secure private Coaching Portal allows us to communicate and share information easily between sessions so its not in an email that could get lost or misdirected.

I have also provided training virtually to intact teams, individuals from different organizations and to classes in an professional program.

Since most of my services are offered virtually, covid-19 protocols are not required. When in-person I always wear a mask, request my clients do as well and to use hand sanitizer before and after the appointment. I have a written covid-19 protocol in place in my business.

Executive Coaching offers leaders (executives, business owners, professionals, directors, managers) an opportunity to address their own professional and personal development.
Coaching allows you to be more effective within your organization. In short, coaching focuses on your advancement – whatever way you view it.
Our leadership dashboard, HabitBuilder and Coaching programs work together to under pin our approach and work well if you have a transition you want to undertake, a short or longer term project/goal to navigate ie: improve leadership skills, grow business, tackle a major challenge or overcome hurdles.
Our programs include a DISC leadership & motivators assessment, access to our secure private coaching portal, between session support from your coach and our Impact Tool. We can also add a verbal 360 degree assessment, EQ assessments, on-site observation etc. Just ask.

Business Coaching will focus more on current problems and actionable solutions that can be easily implemented.

Business coaching will include all aspects of your business – financial, people, marketing, systems and processes, product and services, and business growth.

This program is ideal for business or non-profit leaders with 5+ years who are looking to grow their organization or undertake a transition/project.

Our programs include 1:1 coaching sessions, a DISC leadership + motivators assessment, Impact Tool access to monitor your progress, a secure Private Coaching Portal for between session support from the Coach, and access to tools & resources.

Are you in a leadership role and you are looking to transition from your current position to a new company or to a higher level? Are you facing challenges that require new skills or new approaches?

We can also support you in creating a resume, preparing for an interview and we can support you during the early phase in your new role.

Our program focuses on gaining clarity of what skills you have developed in your career or during volunteer activities, what you want in a new role and what's important to you. We help you create/update your resume, brainstorm places to apply, and prepare for and debrief interviews. Longer assignments include post transition coaching to support you in your new role and the changes it brings.

Accountability Coaching offers you a different approach to working with a Coach. You may be clear on your goals (personally, professionally, or for your business) and you may have gone so far as to create the plan on how to make those goals a reality yet… you never seem to find the time or fully commit to turning these ideas and desires into reality. At other times, your Gremlin may get in the way leaving you questioning, unsure or lacking the confidence to move forward. Sound familiar?

This is where Accountability Coaching can assist you. It will keep you on your toes and accountable to yourself and your goals. When you face obstacles, procrastination or when that pesky Gremlin can’t be silenced alone, your Accountability Coach is there by your side.

In fact, we are committed to your goals too! We will help you remove the blinders so you identify the challenges you’re facing and find solutions so you tackle obstacles. We also can help you create the plans when you plan isn’t working. Lastly, our proven track record includes strategies we know help you to remain focused, productive, and on track.
