Working with Ramin himself was great! He is true to his word and stands behind the work that he does. Very professional, always on time, always kept me in the loop about problems that might arise, or problems that couldn't be solved for reasons outside his scope of work.
The subcontractors he hired were a bit of a mixed experience. Same team of tilers - they did a poor job on the first bathroom, so they had to redo part of it, but they did a perfect job on the second bathroom!
I would say communication is key. Make sure they know exactly what needs to be done and Ramin will deliver without any issues. More...
