Gleb Morozov is a general practitioner who has a particular experience in business law, corporate governance, compliance, due diligence and internal audits. After Gleb Morozov earned his first law degree in a civil law jurisdiction, he completed the Internationally Trained Lawyers Program offered by the University of Toronto and earned an LL. M. degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. Gleb Morozov is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association – Business Law Section, and Canadian Corporate Counsel Association – Ontario Chapter. Currently, Gleb Morozov is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and he is working towards his ICD.D designation with the Institute of Corporate Directors and CIA designation with the Institute of Internal Auditors. In the past, Gleb Morozov served as a corporate counsel and board member at different establishments. He also advised corporate bodies and individual directors on matters of regulatory and legal compliance, fiduciary duties and corporate governance.
