Gaspar Design Group

This is my second got with Philip and team on getting a permit. The first iteration was smooth and for the most part painless. The second go was a simple addition, which was 11K over budget (7K quote vs 19K total spend just for Gaspar) and took 2 years to get. All because they could not get pylon foundations through the city. You are paying professionals to do this precise work, otherwise you can outsource architectural and engineering drawings to 1 order of magnitude cheaper.

There was a change in staff or competency during 2022 that has deteriorate my trust in this firm. I would recommend individuals to steer clear of them until they sort out their business. More...

Philip was great!!! He is very professional. From a client's perspective the correspondence was seamless.
You can tell he has alot of experience and that was reassuring to know we were in good hands, since he was also able to answer any questions we had.

I'm glad we contacted him. We're finally able to move forward with a project, we've been trying to get done for months now.
