I received a bouquet of red roses last week. Well, I have never had flowers smell so fragrant and fresh. My house smells glorious! My Mom received the most beautiful cut flower arrangement 3 weeks ago from the Wellington Road location. The flowers were so fresh, colourful and added such cheery brightness to her Dearness Home room. The bouquet lasted over 2 weeks and a few carnations are still thriving! ordered 2 of the deluxe graceful moments for sympathy flower arrangements to be delivered July 30th well one arrived. I called and talked to your person working who apologized and blamed it on someone else from the day before and told me I would receive the second ones at 530 and didn't receive it till 7pm that she is sorry of the inconvenience and insured me they would be the same as I wanted them to look the same well the first one I received looks great the second one doesn't look anything like the first one and nothing like what was online. Im so angry at the stress and time that I have wasted on this matter in an already very emotional time for me. I was originally told I would get a full refund for the forgotten flowers but now I dont want them at all they don't match the second one isn't what I ordered. I placed my Mother’s Day order what I though was well in advance (5 days), however my order was never delivered and no communication was provided. When I called the St Thomas location to enquire, I was told they had run out of supply and had to cancel a bunch of orders. The person I spoke with offered no empathy and very little information on what would be happening next. In the middle of a pandemic, when many people cannot see their mothers, this was a way of reaching out and was handled extremely poorly. More...
