I wanted to create a community for female practitioners to offer their unique gifts and practices, and create a safe environment for people to come in and feel supported throughout their healing journey (whatever that looks like!)

I work with people who are committed to themselves and their health, whether it is new changes they want support with, or have been dedicated to their health for years. I am here to help facilitate your healing, and empower you to feel connected with your body.

We offer virtual Reiki sessions, and will soon be offering 1:1 Mindset Coaching.

There is diligent cleaning in place after each client, and if the client requests, our practitioners will wear a mask. If it is not requested, we do not implement a mandatory mask policy.

Services

Includes techniques and treatment modalities such as deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish/relaxation massage, craniosacral therapy, breath-work, and pre/post natal. What you can expect from your massage treatment is a whole body approach to healing and your health, with consideration of your physical and energetic bodies, as well as nervous system regulation. If indicated, we will end with intentional home-care recommendations that fit into your life and schedule, and compliment the work we do in the treatment room.

Inclusive treatment practice, with a passion for womxn's health, perinatal, anxiety, nervous system regulation, and trauma recovery.

Abhyanga is an Ayurvedic full body detoxifying massage. The treatment involves the use of warm oils with gentle movements. Abhyanga works to expel toxins, promotes relaxation, calms the mind and nourishes the tissues and nervous system. It is excellent for nervous conditions, stress, anxiety, overwork, fatigue, insomnia and is particularly important at the change of seasons. Each appointment starts with a short intake to talk about your present concerns.

*Note - this form of massage offers very little pressure to address the lymphatic system and detoxification. It uses a lot of oil, so please come prepared with clothing you don't mind getting oil on, we will offer you a towel for after as well. This massage is most beneficial followed up by a warm shower so the oils can absorb into your skin.

Reiki is a form of energy healing, working with universal energy to remove energy blocks or stagnation. It is used to assist in the healing of stress, insomnia, emotional distress, ease of tension, and to help connect the client back to their own energy healing. In the past I have also worked with clients undergoing chemotherapy as a support for insomnia and nausea caused by the medications.

A 60 minute session of customized yoga integrating the most appropriate style for your unique constitution according to Ayurveda.

Before we meet, you will be asked to fill out an intake form and send it ahead of your initial class. We will learn about your constitution, also referred to as “dosha” or in Ayurveda terms, your Prakruti. Using the information from your assessment, we work together to create a personalized plan for you with yoga Asana (postures), breathing practices and meditation that serves your constitution and your wellness goals

Support yourself throughout your pregnancy practicing yoga poses specifically catered to your prenatal journey. It will help empower you to cultivate body awareness and build strength that can assist you through labour and delivery. All poses are modified specifically for your needs, and adapted with each trimester. This is an ideal way to maintain optimal strength, flexibility, improve circulation and provide relief as your baby grows and requires more of you day by day.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a breathing technique in which the breather intentionally connects the inhale with the exhale without any pauses.
It's a powerful practice used to reduce stress, improve sleep, lower blood pressure, and help healing traumas and/or PTSD.
It's a practice that uses conscious connected breathing and body-mind techniques to support the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of being.

This is a 90 minute private session with your Breathwork Practitioner.
