We knew we needed a quick sale. We couldn't risk a price reduction in this market. We had already purchased another Home. I kept saying to myself "if I had 2 more weeks I could just do it myself" but who am I kidding, I was already burnt out
. Pam has an eye for design. It's not just about decluttering your home. I could have followed all of her suggestions but it still wouldn't have looked near as good as this. She took our house to a level I never could have imagined.

Pam was awesome! I had a couple of narrow rooms and was having trouble setting up my furniture. She came to my house and rearranged the things I had and it made such a difference. We discussed that the rooms could use a couple of extra things to pull it all together. I work full time and hate to shop so I gave Pam a budget to do that for me. We initially brought Pam in for a consultation thinking we could do the work ourselves. It was quickly evident that she is a true expert in the field of house staging and that our best course of action was to have her do the work and add her special touches. Pam was an absolute pleasure to work with! She came in to my loft-style condo and immediately had a vision as to how it could be staged to incorporate some of my furniture and enhance the overall uniqueness of the place. I could tell she is very passionate about her profession. She was detailed in her approach, transparent about pricing, and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. It looked and felt amazing. Vacant Home Staging
We will bring into the vacant property, right from the living room furniture to the artwork, rugs and accessories, to the smallest details like fresh towels in the bathroom and an inviting front doormat. Turn your property into a show home.
Occupied Home Staging
We will work with the homeowner's furnishings, give detailed help in "editing" things down, room by room, and then bring in a few key elements to freshen the whole place up and make it look like it's in a magazine.
Staging Consultation
This detailed, personalized consultation takes you room-by-room through the home before listing. We will give you all the very best advice for each area of the home and answer any questions, as well as address problem areas. You are left with a to-do list and some insider tips for selling your home fast. (1.5 - 2 hours.)
Redesign
You may not be selling, but you may still want some help with setting up hour rooms for maximum impact and enjoyment. Similar to a consultation, but this time it's for you, to live in your own beautiful space. (1.5 - 2 hours)
