We tried this place for the 1st time and were absolutely delighted !! Its GENUINE Italian at last right here in Burlington. The veal is so nice and tender with a slight crispiness covered with real Italian tomato sauce... not the fake stuff. I'm second generation Italian that knows Italian food ! Had a nice talk with Dominic the owner who was most friendly and welcoming. I'm convinced that we've found our second home for take-out Italian sandwiches and pasta. Don't hesitate to try them.... guaranteed that you won't be disappointed! More...

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Depends on the customer and their guests. Getting to know the customer and finding out about their guests are key to providing a good catering solution for everyone.
What do you love most about your job?
EVERYTHING....this is a family business and we have grown during COVID because our customers are loyal & dedicted to make sure our doors are open. It is literally only thanks to them we are still here getting to do what we love to do. We are humbled by their loyalty every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Good food, lack of work for the kids and honestly, I turned 50 when I opened the restaurant because I was tired of working for everyone else. It's been the best decision and 6 years later we are thriving and having fun, most days :)
Why should our clients choose you?
The food speaks for itself, that's the easy part honestly. It's how we treat our customers and most importantly when we screw up or the customer inadvertly errors we make it right no matter what the customer needs to be happy. I think our 4.9/5 google customers and Skip/Uber/DoorDash reviews are generally very high as well so I think we are different because we own it, but we work here, every single day because it's important our customers are well cared for and you can't do that if you aren't here.

We offer on-line ordering & catering remote services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Partions were installed to keep the staff and the customer safe. Masks of course, social distancing are the new normal.
Catering
We offer homemade Italian food from our menu and some off our menu like lasagna, or Tuscan Chicken Legs that we offer exclusively to our catering customers. We offer Italian Meat Trays, Cheese 'n' Craker Trays, Italian Desserts including cannoli's and homemade Tiramisu. Let us, make you look good.....
