How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Extremely!! We are made of our food, if we do not put in the correct "fuel" in, we cannot function properly.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Accountability and appreciating the small wins. Grab an accountability partner, start a fitness challenge with your spouse or join group fitness. When you have someone else counting on you, we are more inclined to follow through. I like to book follow-up appointments right away so you know that you have someone counting on you.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and creating healthy habits. It is the small changes over time that make the difference. Once you master a habit, it just becomes your new normal and that is when large changes can take place.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people understand how important nutrition is and how easy it can be to make changes.

Absolutely! I can do online through skype or over the phone. I will send you meal plans via email so you have a copy on your end and to save some paper.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a mask all the time in clinic and wash my hands consistently. I have moved many clients over to virtual appointments to reduce risk.

Here we discuss current symptoms, health history and get to the root cause of your health concerns. You will be given a few key action steps to take before the next meeting.
Meal Plan Follow-up
I will go over in detail your staple foods, herbs/ supplements, lifestyle factors, 3-day example meal plan with recipes and additional meal and snack ideas to keep you on track.
Follow-up
We will discuss your progress and make any changes to your wellness plan.
