How long have you been interested in magic?
I started in Magic in 1966 because of watching the Ed Sullivan Variety show. Back then if you were on his show you became famous overnight! I turned full time professional in 1973 and performed our first world concert tour in 1978. My first show was my own birthday party.
My first full time professional career started as a restaurant magician performing between the soup and salad. What started as a Sunday all day gig soon became 40 hours a week of close-up and strolling magic, I then started touring Canada and the USA doing corporate shows, especially Trade Shows and Sales Meetings designing original presentations incorporating messaging, VIP's, products and services.. By 1977 was touring the world with my full concert illusion show.
Take us through your show – what can we expect?
My shows are highly interactive and ultra clean comedy Magic and Mind Reading shows. The spectators who join me on stage or through the screen in my virtual shows, have the time of their lives and become the hero's of the show! Because I can customize my presentations to suit my clients, great sales messages and product introductions can also be featured. I have several full length productions that range from one man shows to very large illusion concert productions. Each show is tailor made for the client and their budget.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I travel the world making people laugh, create awe and produce life long positive memories! For the last decade I have also been touring to ultra remote Arctic communities performing anti-bullying and suicide awareness shows, workshops and seminars.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am inspired because using magic as a vehicle I can leave lasting impressions with people and have friends and client throughout the world. Because I know how powerful a message can be linked with my art form I have gone beyond just corporate sales and also produce shows with anti-bullying and suicide awareness themes for both schools and the corporate sector.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Brian's shows can be presented as completely interactive Covid 19 friendly presentations without anyone ever coming on stage. All shows can also be performed as completely virtual on any platform (i.e. Zoom, Teams, Webx, etc.) or a hybrid mix of live and virtual. We have created a TV studio where we broadcast multi-camera events with our own technicians or in conjunction with the event producer. It can be done as simple as a click on a mouse to join the fun!
