I booked a treatment with Bend manual therapy as I have been suffering with middle and lower back pain. On a scale of 1-10 and I was hovering around 6-8.
MJ took the time and while verifying specific pain points she found I had a portion of my spine that was slightly out of alignment. The softest of movement with the right technique and we both heard/felt it “pop” back into place. Since that manual osteopathic treatment, I have reduced pain down to a 1-2 and most times I don’t even recall I have a back issue.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the 1-to-1 time I get to spend with my clients. I really enjoy being part of their wellness journey, and improving quality of their daily life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It's 2-fold, I enjoy helping others but I love science, specifically anatomy and physiology. I find the workings of the body fascinating.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients come to me for many reasons. My space is safe, quiet and inclusive. Clients can relax and find an hour or more to themselves.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a mask and glasses/goggles during all manual treatments. I sanitize the space prior and after each session.
