I reached out to Before the Worm because my front yard was a mess. It was full of dead plants and overgrown shrubbery and I didn't know what to do with it.
Chris showed up, assessed the yard and planned out everything. He provided me with an extremely reasonable quote which I accepted.
In short order, Chris came by and completed the job in one afternoon. He took out all of the dead stuff, relocated the plants that I wanted to keep and added new plants and flowers that immediately added to my curb appeal.
I highly recommend his services. He knows what he is doing and made things super simple for me.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the creative aspect of gardening. Taking the existing materials and creating a beautifully crafted garden.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always liked being outside. I have been in the horticulture industry for over 30 years working in many different fields. When I was having my first child I took a leap and started Before The Worm and have been growing for over 15 years.
Why should our clients choose you?
Honesty, knowledge, experience. I have performed landscape maintenance and design for 25+ years and continue to learn about the industry. I strive to keep my prices to a minimum to help with the cost of living in BC.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Being that I work mostly outside, I haven't had to change too much for Covid-19. However I would always respect the clients views and work with them.
