As business owners ourselves we love how rewarding it is to help our clients reach their full potential and grow when they have accurate financial information at their fingertips! We offer more than your typical bookkeeping services, as CPA's we provide analysis and consulting services while we do your bookkeeping. This includes pointing out any issues we see with profit margins, increases in expenses, unusual trends, cash flow issues ect. We can let you know if a product or service you are providing is making or losing you money! We just really enjoy helping people and love seeing our clients succeed!

After articling and working in mid size and big firms in Vancouver we realized that there was something missing for a lot of our small and medium size clients. They did not necessarily have the resources to hire a full time controller or CPA on staff but also could not find reliable bookkeeping services. So when we received the information at year end most of the time there was always lots of clean up to do and significant changes to their financial statements. This also came at a great cost to our clients as they ended up paying to fix all these mistakes at the end of the year.

This is what inspired us to start Balanced CPA. We wanted to be able to provide CPA level bookkeeping and contract controllership services to clients who do not need a full time in house CPA but need help ensuring their records are correct. As we are a boutique firm, and mobile, we can provide affordable monthly packages for our clients and advice throughout the year so they have reliable information to make decisions from!

We are hard working group of CPA's, so we know how to read the tax act, but we also make accounting concepts easy to understand and less daunting for our clients! We use the latest software like Quickbooks Online to be able to provide our clients with real time access to their accounting records. We also spend time training our clients so they know how to use the programs! As owners we are involved in the work for all our clients and always accessible via email, phone call or text when our clients need us.
