How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I focus on accountability and communication! If there are exercises, movements, foods that clients love or hate, I want to know so I can provide the most effective an enjoyable experience. There are so many variations of exercises and varieties of foods that we will always find the option that fits best for you. I would rather my client be 100% honest so we can find a way around any roadblocks that come up, and so I can help my client achieve total success!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
CONSISTENCY. Motivation can only get you so far, and there will be times that you will be too tired, too cold, too "busy" - but all it takes is committing to at least 20% of your planned workout. Oftentimes, all it takes is getting started and you can make it the other 80% of the way. Some hard work and discipline to show up to our workouts will be needed... I will do the rest to get you there!
What do you love most about your job?
It's so exciting to see the progress and confidence that is built within someone who comes to me in pain, self-conscious and feeling low about themselves. It brings me such joy when my clients can do a movement with no restrictions or pain. I get so excited when a previously shy and nervous client comes in with confidence and determination to crush their workouts!
Why should our clients choose you?
Over 4 years of working as a trainer and building my own body from the ground up has helped me gain plenty of experience and knowledge. My training journey began at 13 when doctors weren't certain I'd be able to walk again after a massive surgery, and I realized I still wanted to PERFORM. I taught myself how to use my limitations to my advantage, and became very creative to get strong again!
No goals are off limits - I love my job, I love fitness and healthy living, and I truly believe that together we can change your life.

I offer virtual one-on-one coaching and small group training, done over Zoom and WhatsApp.
I offer nutrition planning and online programming using Google Sheets and Zoom for weekly check-ins.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Virtual and online training is now available, and all in-person training is done at socially distanced! I ask that you stay home if you feel unwell, and I will not hesitate to reschedule sessions as a precaution. My gym also has rapid tests should it be necessary.

Team Training Bootcamps
Tone and burn team training boot camp. Loose weight, tone and have fun. 3-10 members working out together.

Cupping Therapy

Facial Stretch Therapy (FST)
Book a session to release stored stress from the body and fascia. This is a gentle, stretch-based therapy that works by down-regulating our nervous system. This reduces pressure, tightness and pain, while improving circulation, blood oxygen, nutrient, and energy flow.
FST is a gentle, long-lasting, and involved full body treatment. It is pain-free and uses constant circulatory, gently oscillating movements of traction and stabilization to decompress joints and expand space in the soft tissues.
It offers noticeable results as it targets joint and joint capsules to remove restrictions from movement, and it is gentle while reducing pain. It is perfect for those living demanding lifestyles and have little to no time to relax.
