If we obtain the architectural plans and geotechnical report for identifying soil-bearing capacity, we can undertake the civil & structural design work in accordance with the approved council plans or alternatively proposed CDC plans. For existing building structures that are being refurbished altered or getting additions, we recommend that an inspection be carried out to determine the existing structural adequacy of the existing structure prior to commencing on the additions or alterations to identify any essential structural modification work required to prevent any structural issues in the proposed additions/alterations.
