I am the Owner / Operator of Elite Pressure Cleaning. Our business is based on the Northern Gold Coast and provides a service targeted to exteriors of Industrial Buildings, Residential Homes, Commercial Shopping Centres, Hotels and Schools. Examples being, we have completed a very large extensive job at Foxwell State High School and more recently at Flagstone State School, Robina State School, Helensvale State High School and Springfield Lakes State School. We are also currently half way through a customised maintenance plan at Pimpama State Secondary College, this includes pressure washing high-foot traffic areas but not restricted to, pathways / internal & external, retaining walls, internal & external roof structures, gym - recreation areas, formal entry ways, basketball courts, stairwells, chewing gum removal, removing black mould from various surfaces, cleaning solar panels and the list goes on & on. This has an instant impact on school's cleanliness and makes a substantial difference to the overall presentation of the school and its surrounding facilities. Most schools require the services of general cleaners however their capability is limited by skill set and purpose-built equipment. We have the skillset and equipment to ensure the entire school is something to be proud of. Another one of our major customer's is Coral Homes Australia, we service and maintain all of their Display Homes in South East QLD & Northern NSW. This is highly detailed work as they depend on us provide a high quality finish on-time in full, this is because there Display Homes are at the front and centre of their business and vital to attracting customers. Our company prides itself on delivering the best possible outcome for our customers, example being scheduling work on the weekends or after hours in order to eliminate disruption to any Staff or Students. Every customer receives a detailed report at the completion of each job which includes before & after images.
