We've been training three times a week with Deig for 2 years now and will continue for as long as we can.
Results are significant; I have become stronger and Don, who has Parkinson's disease, stronger and more flexible.
We find Deig to be caring, helpful, intelligent and a first class P.T.
A word of warning though: if you admit that an exercise is too easy you may regret it – but you will cope, I promise, and reap the benefit. Another warning: if you need to count reps, do it yourself because his counting is a trifle erratic.

Yes, we offer Online Personal Training and Zoom Session Workouts.
All online / remote clients have exclusive access to our Fitt Lab app where they will see their personalised training program, scheduled workouts to do, instructional workout videos as well as on-demand replays of each group zoom workout, nutrition guidance and fitness goals, plus tracking results within the app. Our head PT, Anthony, will guide each client through their training program, answer any questions or concerns, and can also check / correct technique and form via zoom. He is available to contact at any time via the Fitt Lab app.
Our Personal Trainers are full vaccinated.
Training sessions are either online, outdoors or in a well ventilated studio.
All our equipment is disinfected after each client PT session.
Mask can also be worn by PT during training session if requested by the client.
