I’ve been doing the trial at zen life after trying many gyms in the area. This place is a cut above the rest. Peaceful, welcoming, knowledgeable trainers that can get you working your body in ways you never thought it could. The zen fit classes are literally the best if your after a full workout without feeling like your on a boot camp. Pierce’s classes are particularly great. Will definitely be signing up and hanging out with you guys. So pleased to finally have found somewhere like this. So many gyms miss out on the importance of looking after your mind but zen life has it spot on, mind and body training all in one!! Thank you zen life team. More...

Do not go here. My friend was bullied by jessy jade paterson. He posed a picture talking about how she was being disrespectful to his religion and was met with abuse. The statue was never removed
