I would recommend every person to go there , as he have helped to gain 10 kg of muscle within 2 months and the products quality is great and most importantly lucky bro have very good knowledge about diet and nutrition , supplementation , he got all the answers of the questions related to bodybuilding . A healthy diet determines how well the body can function, considering it is receiving the required vitamins and minerals with the correct amount of macros and calories. It can be compared to a car, if you put dirty and low quality fuel in the car it won't function very well however, if you put clean and high quality fuel, the car will function to its full capacity.

Overview-

I calculate your calories and macros then write up your diet. I check in every Saturday which involves you sending me your weight and progress body shots every fortnight to then adjust calories and macros if needed, this process will last the entire 3 months to see adequate results. I also advise on the amount of cardio and weight training needed, also include my supplement manual.

This package supports =

Bulking, shredding & maintaining (men and women)

Duration = 2 months

Overview-
This program is the my most recommended program if you are looking to transform your entire physique. This program will consist of 3-4 months lean bulking and 2-3 months of shredding. This will allow your body to gain muscle and improve your metabolic adaptation which will make it easier to shred, once finished with the bulk we will be able to shred the fat and show the muscle you put on

this program focuses on enhancing an athletes performance for whatever their sport is. It comes with a program for training days, rest days and match days. This program can also focus on fat loss to an extent however is mainly to allow the athlete to take take their performance to the next level through their nutrition and have me look after what they consume on a day to day basis, also with weekly checkins.
