I was most impressed with Peter and his team at Vision Fitness Caulfield. They have restored my faith in the fitness industry! Over the years I have been a member of several gyms, I found the trainers were more focused on their ability to work me so hard that I couldn’t walk or function for days because I was so sore and stiff! Peter and his team listened to my concerns and took my past injuries into consideration when they wrote a program for me - they still push me but they know my limits. Vision Personal Training Caulfield is the best thing I’ve done for myself and my fitness. All the staff are very helpful and supportive. The Owner Peter is lovely and has developed a studio and a business that will get anyone amazing results. My personal trainer Belfort is absolutely fantastic and has always encouraged me and pushed me to limits I didn’t know I had. He is one of the best trainers I have ever met and he crafts and personalises each exercise to tailor to your specific body and level. He is very direct, genuine and has a wealth of knowledge not just about fitness but also about nutrition as well. I've been a member at Vision Personal Training Caulfield for over a year and it's the best studio I've had the pleasure to be a part of. The members are friendly and respectful. I joined Vision for just a few weeks whilst I was travelling and learnt so much from the team. You are always greeted with a smile when you go in, which makes it super personal and comfortable straight away. It is a really relaxed atmosphere, the team are more than happy to help if you need it but will also leave you be if thats how you like to train. My PT sessions with Amanda were amazing, she was really patient with my learning how to lift weights and supported me in the perfect way. The boxing classes are really fun, and are an amazing work out. I learnt so much here, and saw the biggest changes in the 5 weeks that I trained here. The support you get through nutrition is awesome too, something I haven't seen at other gyms before. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone! More...

I’ve been attending Vision Caulfield for the last few months and it’s such a great gym! Everyone is super friendly and all the trainers know your name. Signed up with them in March with a goal to run my first marathon in October and in the process of accomplish my main, big goal I had to achieve smaller weekly goals that allowed me to be eventually successful. A big thank you goes to Peter, the personal trainer and manager of the venue who has been with me since the beginning of this journey. Peter introduced me to a solid running regime and work out plan. I have been a member at Vision Caulfield since Jan 2019 and honestly have not experienced a gym like it before. The great sense of community and inclusion of all its members means training here is no longer a chore. All trainers welcome each member by name which increases your sense of belonging. I was being trained by Corey 2/3 times per week. I would highly recommend Corey as a PT. He has a strong capability to adapt exercises to suit some chronic back pain that occasionally flares up and also had a strong knowledge base in providing me with some rehab exercises to assist with this issue and sciatica that I developed in the early stages of pregnancy.
