We booked at the last minute and Joseph made sure that the tour still went ahead for us. We got to see Paronella Park in day time and night time. It is such an amazing experience. Cancelled out booking twice without bothering to contact us. Left us out the front of our hotel waiting for them. We changed all our plans in Cairns after they cancelled the first tour, just to be left waiting for the second tour the next day. No phone call, no email to let us know it wasn’t going ahead. Jenna was our driver tour guide she made the trip a wonderful experience, and we could tell she loved her job and giving quality service. Jenna is also a great driver her quick reflexes saved us all when a car on the other side of the road overtaking ran out of room, she only had a split second to get out of way. she made sure we where ok as it did give us all a fright.
