What do you love most about your job?
Helping people! Sounds lame, but having the ability to solve peoples financial problems and help them on their way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I could not assist or help a lot of people when I worked at a major financial institution. So going out on my own allowed me to access more areas and so help more people.

Even before COVID we were using Zoom as a way of talking to our interstate and overseas clients. Happy to chat by Zoom/Teams etc or by phone if your internet is dodgy.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We do a lot of our meetings online. Much of the paperwork is handled using e-signatures. So face to face is available if clients need or want.
