I am a Holistic Counsellor and Educator. I offer many different services and can combine these if you need them combined. An example of this is that you might do an on line telehealth counselling session but you might want face to face Reiki or Somatic Healing.

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting people where they are at right in the moment and holding space for them right in that moment. I use holistic counselling in all sessions and always invite you to try some new skills e.g breath work or somatic body work if you like. The session can be designed to meet you needs. You can combine 30 mins of counselling with 30 mins of Reiki or you may want 40 mins of Counselling and 10 mins to close with an Angel Card Reading. You may just need 60 mins of Counselling and nothing else - it is up to you. Materials and Resources will be provided if you request and are interested in e.g ebooks, journals and workbooks etc. Clients always tell me what they want and need and we focus on your wants and needs and make sure that your needs are met.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The pandemic opened a space for me to study Mental Health and Counselling and I upskilled and transformed my life during this uncertain time. I am now able to help people as an Accredited Counsellor with The ACA (The Australian Counselling Association) as well as an Educator. Both skills combined create a safe space for people to feel heard, seen and valued. My study major Post Graduation was in Loss and Grief and I am passionate about helping Mums who have experienced a FDIU (Fetal Death in Utero) or IUD (Intrauterine Death)as I also have had lived experience and I am also a Qualified Nursery Nurse so I can help you on your journey in recovery in a safe , holistic space where I will hold space for you and wrap all my services around you to help you feel safe in your body again and begin a journey in Self Love and Self Compassion to help you to feel like yourself again and develop gentle strategies to recover and restore yourself back to a sense of wellbeing whilst learning to celebrate the precious life of your lost loved one.
I also love helping End of life Clients. My holistic services offer clients peace and wellbeing whilst getting ready to go on their own journey to end of life. This could be due to a Cancer Diagnosis or a Terminal Illness. My gentle, holistic services meet you right where you are at and I wrap all my services around you in a safe and compassionate space and hold space for you.

I am here to help you in your time of need. I will hold space for you and listen to what ever is going on in your life that could be causing you stress and unease. I will work with you to see what techniques may work for you and how we can empower you to return to the person that you once were. I use holistic methods to help you gain your self back and to move forward to lead your best life.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, I use telehealth services and all you need is wifi and a camera on a device. There is no need to download any app. You will receive a link and this is the same link for all sessions so you never need a new one. SWC (Soulfull Wellness Clinic) sends reminder emails and text messages with the link so you will not forget the appointment. Bookings are made directly via my website with direct payment required and with a cancellation policy.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I use telehealth for most Counselling Services and if face to face- I use masks if required and hand sanitiser and regular cleaning and sterilising surfaces. I also love walk and talk therapy on Pearl Beach if you are coastal and this is perfect for keeping distances from people.

Walk and Talk Therapy at Pearl Beach is especially for clients who want to get a walk on a beach in at the same time as having a counselling session. Sun protection is a must here and it is strictly walk and talk and not sunbathing for safety reasons. Fresh air and the ocean have natural healing elements.
